Mark has a wide range of management experience in the defence, telecoms, aerospace and power sectors. He has specialised in project and business management, with particular interests in risk management, decision-support methods and associated tools. The content and examples in this course are based on his experiences in introducing and enhancing risk management in organisations in a wide range of business sectors.

This course introduces:

the principles of risk management,
the risk management process,
relevant techniques to help at each stage,
the reporting and management aspects,
and above all the people issues associated with risk management in organisations.

Attendees will gain a good understanding of the latest thinking in risk management, in an informal interactive seminar environment, and gain from the practical experiences of the course providers in a range of business sectors.

The course is available at £495 per person + VAT.
